From initial development of a gas plasma process at the pilot scale, we design and build plasma vacuum systems that can meet your market and regulatory demands. All surface coating systems are installed with a developed process which can meet your validation and regulatory requirements.
Portal Medical offers a ‘Turn Key’ project management program from initial bench top development to solve a customer issue, to supply of validated plasma vacuum equipment.
After consultation and identification of the product issue with a customer, we can develop a coating solution to resolve the technical issue. Concept samples are produced for initial assessment using in-house development plasma reactors. Concept samples are supplied with a technical report detailing the chemical composition of the device surface by XPS analysis and evidence of surface robustness post-treatment.
As required larger batch sizes can be supplied for customer trials.
Portal Medical in collaboration with Wallwork Cambridge Ltd can offer a comprehensive machine building service and specialise in building bespoke plasma vacuum systems to a specification agreed with the customer.
We deliver the plasma vacuum system with a fully developed process, meeting all relevant regulatory requirements (including CFR 21 Part 11), and with a full validation package meeting the requirements of DQ/IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT and PQ.
